Neil started his career as an apprentice engineer with British Gas in 1988, where he developed the technical skills and problem-solving abilities that have defined his career.
Neil expanded his expertise further working in the engine rooms of super yachts, honing his skills in high-pressure environments and learning the importance of precision and attention to detail
Neil’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to own and operate several businesses, which gave him invaluable insight into the demands of running a company and the importance of maintaining customer relationships.
